According to the Vice President of VAMI, if businesses want to combine training, they must have a mechanism to link in a special way. But not businesses with such facilities will be able to train.

“The draft has given a basic strategy of combining vocational education institutions with businesses. But how to combine with businesses, we have to investigate more. Because, it is not always necessary to send education to students. Employees will be arranged to practice machines in enterprises. No where!”, Mr. Sang pondered.

Previously, when he was the director of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Sang visited many businesses and vocational education institutions in Japan, Germany, Europe and the US and saw that the world had very good programs: Some businesses immediately accept students who have just graduated from high school.
