Content: The 2021 UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme focuses on Skills for the digital transformation: How TVET institutions can respond to future demands and will be offered online. The programme will include a series of webinars that focus on:

- Trends: Understand the impact of COVID-19 on the labour market, and how TVET systems need to transform to respond

- Case studies: Learn from examples how institutions have adapted their activities to respond to the changing context

- Strategies: Learn how to develop strategies to support TVET institutions to respond to future demands

- Future planning: Develop ideas to transform TVET institutions

The organization time: The 2021 programme will be organized in two batches:

* 1-30 September 2021

* 1-30 November 2021

What are the time requirements? Participants are expected to attend at least five webinars over the course of one month (approx. 1 webinar per week). Each webinar will last approximately 2 hours. Participants may need to dedicate approx. 1 hour per week to completing assignments between webinars.

Candidates should fulfil the following criteria:

- Employed in a TVET institution in a mid- to senior-level position with a leadership or “change agent” function

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in TVET

- Able to communicate and participate in English

- Committed to attending and actively participating in the webinars as well as the group work and assignments

- Access to a stable internet connection

Note: Women in mid- to senior-level positions are especially encouraged to apply.

Form and language: Includes a series of online seminars and will be conducted in English.
