The Prime Minister has approved Communication Scheme on comprehensive innovation of education, training and vocational training.
The basic contents of comprehensive innovation of education and training, such as: curriculum and teaching and learning method; forms and methods of enrollment, examination, inspection and evaluation of academic results, vocational education; perfecting national education system and planning of network of education and training institutions, vocational education; ramification and career orientation for occupational education in secondary education; management and responsibility of the education and training institutions and vocational education institutions ...; programs and curricula; research and scientific applications; socialization of education and training; application of information technology in the management and activities in the field of education, training and vocational training.
Accordingly, the task of the scheme is to develop the dissemination content; dissemination using means of communication. Specifically, the scheme will be editing, building, printing, diversifying the content and form of information and material relevant to each target, method of communication; develop mechanisms for provision of information on the content of innovation of education, training and vocational training to the press agencies and the media.
Focus on dissemination of information via national education television channel; develop special programs, seminars, programs on fundamental, comprehensive innovation of education, training via the channels of national, local radio stations, television stations; open dedicated pages, subjects, topics on fundamental, comprehensive innovation of education, training and vocational training on newspaper, magazine and online news; information dissemination through local information systems; information dissemination through internet and telecommunications networks; introduce dissemination content of fundamental, comprehensive innovation of education, training and vocational training into school curriculum, meetings taken place in education institutions, vocational training institutions...
