The opinions were unanimous at the meeting, affirming the spirit of Resolution 29/ NQ-TW on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, the Education Law, resolutions and directions of the Government and Prime Minister. The Prime Minister, under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and related ministries, are eager to implement open education, linking levels, between systems and training forms.

In the long run, we continue to do so in such a spirit, but must comply with the Education Law. That is, only the higher education centers can take the initiative or combine with high schools to teach cultural programs at high school”.

Ensuring the quality of cultural teaching in vocational education and training schools
