MOIT Skill contest 2016 has successful concluded

On 24/03/2016, at Hanoi University of Industry, the closing ceremony of the Ministry of Industry and Trade skills competition 2016 was held. Attendees in the closing ceremony included Dr. Cao Van Sam, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Vocational Training; representatives of the departments and units of the General Directorate of Vocational Training. Leaders of Human Resources Development Department, Department of Emulation - Commendation, Department of Personnel and Organization from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Leaders of schools, training institutions and contestants, teams participating in the contest also took part in the ceremony.

2016 Ministry of Industry and Trade skills competition was held in Hanoi University of Industry and Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism, with 14 occupations that are currently popular and have large demand domestically, regionally and internationally such as: software solution and IT, welding, electronics, fashion design, industrial automation, restaurant cooking ... the contest attracted 17 delegations with the participation of 109 students from 17 educational institutions under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

After 3 days of competition, demonstration of skills and with the efforts of each contestant themselves, the jury of the contest awarded the first prize to 15 contestants, second prize to 27 contestants and third prize to 19 contestants and 39 contestants received consolation prizes. The schools with high achievement in the contest included Hanoi University of Industry, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Technical Industries, College of Tourism and Commerce...

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Cao Van Sam, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Vocational Training appreciated the Ministry of Industry and Trade skill competition 2016. Asserting that this is a well-organized contest and the has achieved good results; the contest also meet the requirements for improving the quality of skill competitions. Deputy Director General wanted winning contestants to continue learning, striving to exercise their skills and the contestants participating in National Skills Competition 2016 to continue shining and earning high achievement.
In recognition of the achievements of the contestants and coaches the MOIT has awarded the Merit of the Minister of Industry and Trade to 15 contestants who won the first prizes and 15 coaches whose contestants won the first prizes.
