Vietnam won the Gold Medal for Online Mechatronic Skills in Asia - Pacific

After two days of showing their bravery and confidence in the competition, the Vietnamese team excellently won the Gold Medal in the Asia-Pacific Online Mechatronic Skills Competition.





Before that, at the launching ceremony to participate in the competition, the Vietnamese team set a target to reach the top 3. This was a difficult goal. However, Vietnam had an excellent performance, got an absolute, convincing victory. Gold Medal that the two contestants have just won is an unexpected result and very proud.

The 2 members of the Vietnam Mechatronics competition team expressed their honor and pride in bringing back the Gold Medal to the country. Nguyen Van Tan, a student of Hanoi College of Technology and Trading, one of the two members of the team shared that, unlike the previous world and ASEAN mechatronic test, the Asia - Pacific exam favored process is more than mechanical installation. The test also has a flexible transfer in systems, close to the jobs in the actual production lines of the factory. 
According to Dinh Tu Ngoc, the exam is difficult with many different requirements. After understanding the requirements of the test, they immediately had a division of work. The division is based on the strengths of each person to perform the test in a reasonable and fastest way. In the process of implementation, whoever has problems or difficulties, the other will immediately have timely support.


The members of the team also shared that they entered the international stature competition with confidence. Experience and bravery drawn from the National Vocational Skills Competition, careful preparation of knowledge, skills, psychology, encouragement and support of the school, coaching experts Practice, translation, determination and desire to bring victory to the country ... are the factors that help them get excellent results at the competition.

Mr. Truong Ngoc Hoang - Education Director of Festo Company, a supervising specialist of the Organizing Committee of the Competition, said that the Vietnamese team was very confident and brave in 2 days of competition and won convincingly.

With this victory, the Vietnamese team contestants have affirmed their knowledge, abilities and skills in Asia. They will also have the opportunity to compete at the World Skills Competition scheduled to take place in Shanghai, China in 2022.

Through the results achieved, the contestants will also have a personal brand name, convenient for the process of finding jobs or studying further in the future.
