Conference on Behavioral Culture in vocational education and training institutions

On May 22nd, in Hai Phong, Directorate of Vocational Educational and Training (DVET) organized a Conference on Behavioral Culture in vocational education and training institutions. This is an important activity to meet the requirements of sustainable development. 



Conference to implement the MOLISA's plan to implement the Prime Minister's Decision on approving the Project "Building a behavioral culture in schools for the period of 2018 - 2025" in vocational education and training institutions.

At the Conference, delegators focused on discussing the actual situation of behavioral culture in vocational education  and training institutions; Solutions to improve behavioral culture in vocational education institutions; Promote the role of the head of a vocational education institution, managers, educators on the behavioral culture and the coordination between schools, families and society in building a behavioral culture.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Director General of DVET Do Nang Khanh emphasized the important and practical significance of the behavioral culture construction activities, meeting the country's sustainable development requirements. Over the past years, the Party, the State, ministries, branches and mass organizations have paid special attention to building up a cultural and ethical lifestyle for managers, staff, students and students. Considering this work as a foundation in educating and fostering young generations. Improving personality and cultural lifestyle, contributing to improving the quality of training, building Vietnamese people who are patriotic, loving, enthusiastic, honest, united and creative.

According to Deputy Director General Do Nang Khanh, over the past time, many vocational education and training institutions have organized the emulation movements to teach well - study well, build friendly schools, positive students, focus on applied culture. behave in school, family and society. In fact, most of the students behave in a respectful and respectful manner, respect the elderly, live responsibly with their families and the community, and behave standards, etc. However, in recent times, In some places, there is a lack of behavioral culture, ethical violations and unhealthy lifestyles.

The seminar was first organized to share with the vocational education and training institutions to strengthen and develop the behavioral culture, to find ideas to develop a code of conduct in vocational education institutions, contributing to solving the source problem.
