Minister Dao Ngoc Dung handed over the appointment decision to the excellent candidate of the directorate of Vocational Education and Training

On the morning of November 2, 2020, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) a ceremony to announce and hand over appointment decision of leaders at the level of General Department, Department and equivalent was held. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Dao Ngoc Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Civil Affairs Committee, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Le Tan Dung, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Le Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; representatives of MOLISA’s Party Committee, Trade Union, Department of Organization and Personnel, Department of Planning - Finance; leaders of the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training and related units.

At the ceremony, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung directly handed over the appointment decision to 7 comrades. In which, as specified in the Decision No. 1389/QĐ-LĐTBXH dated 30/10/2020, Mr. Pham Vu Quoc Binh, Director of the Department of Vocational Education and Training Quality Assurance under the Directorate of  Vocational Education and Training (DVET) was appointed as Deputy Director General of DVET; in the Decision No. 1386/QĐ-LĐTBXH dated 30/10/2020, Mr. Dinh Xuan Thanh, official of Personnel and Organization Department under MOLISA was appointed as Deputy Director of Department of Organization and Personnel under MOLISA.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung congratulated the comrades who have been appointed to the new positions this time. The Minister said that this is a completely worthy recognition for comrades who have persevered and tried to work hard for a long process

Commenting on the personnel process, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung affirmed units have strictly followed the guidance of the Minister in personnel planning, spending time training, fostering, educating and supporting the comrades; evaluating fairly personnel’s capacity from the actual training process to the process of taking credit votes from institutional levels.

Minister Dao Ngoc Dung assessed: Most of the appointments today received high credit. Many comrades are 100% trusted through the 5-step staff assessment process. Appointment process is implemented methodically, openly and democratically in personnel review and assessment. At the same time, the appointed and mobilized positions receive 100% of the consensus votes from the Party's Party Affairs Committee.

On that basis, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung requested appointed comrades to continue to study modestly, to be wholehearted with their work, not to be subjective, complacent since new position will have new challenges and requirements for each comrade. At the same time, they need to continue to promote collective strength, putting collective interests first.

Minister Dao Ngoc Dung also requested functional units receiving or promoting new personnel to create the best conditions for them to continue trying, training and maturing in the working process.
