According to Mr. Trinh Cao Khai, Hanoi Tourism College established 50 years ago, previously belonged to the Ministry of Public Security. In 1982, it belonged to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and now it is a public non-business unit of the Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism. Hanoi High Tech College also dedicated 1 billion VND to sponsor students and is one of two Vietnamese colleges that is a member of the European Vocational Association.
