Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Director General Truong Anh Dung Deputy said that in the system of training human resources in Vietnam, vocational education accounted for 80% of the trained human resources. This shows the very important role of vocational education in the socio-economic development strategy. In the past time, with the interest of the Party, Government, vocational education has been gradually reformed, improving the quality of human resource training, meeting the requirements of the labor market, enterprises and users labor. The connection between vocational education establishments and enterprises and employers through cooperation agreements is one of the key tasks that the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has determined to innovate and improve the quality of vocational education.
